The main entree of the day is served with vegetables, grains, and your choice of fresh fruit.
Daily sandwiches are offered on Whole Grain Bread. These include a variety of Deli Meats, Cheese, and Sunbutter & Organic Strawberry Preserves.
Infused waters with a delicious assortment of fresh fruits and vegetables will be offered daily including Apple Ginger, Citrus Cranberry, and Cucumber Mint. Milk will be offered that is free of Antibiotics and rBGH (Recombinant Bovine Growth Hormone).
Students are allowed to have multiple servings of the entree, vegetables, fruits and starches with the exception of fried foods, bread, or non-fruit desserts.
ChefAdvantage tracks allergens such as wheat, soy, egg, dairy and fish. We avoid the use of High Fructose Corn Syrup, MSG, Trans Fats, Artificial Sweeteners, or Artificial Red Dyes. The kitchen is peanut, tree nut, and shell fish free.
