As Chief Operations Officer at Mountain Health and Wellness, Gordon had overall responsibility for company operations at all hospitals throughout the state. This included information technology, human resources, process improvement, front office administration and property development. During his tenure, he was also responsible for the planning and construction of a 35,000 sq. ft. medical complex. Gordon's experience has provided him with a unique perspective on serving our youth. Uncompromising quality coupled with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service in an inviting environment is the key to his success. His experience in health and wellness confirms his belief that getting children off to a happy and healthy start in life has to be our highest mission. ChefAdvantage delivers on that belief!
Lee Evans - Vice President of Human Resources
Lee grew up in Indianapolis, IN and graduated from The University of Mississippi with a MSS degree in Sociology. She has been in Human Resources over 20 years primarily in the hospitality, and education fields. Most recently, Lee was the Vice-President of Human Resources for a multi-site educational technology company headquartered in Phoenix, AZ. Having worked in hospitality and educational services, Lee understands the need for quality products and outstanding customer service for our future leaders.
Lee is a member of the national SHRM organization as well as the local Atlanta chapter of SHRM, where she volunteers with high school and college students helping them with resume writing, interviewing skills and career counseling.
Almenta Baker - Human Resources Manager
Almenta is a native of a small town in Virginia. She is a graduate of American Continental University where she received her Master’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources. She has been in Human Resources for nearly 10 years primarily in the juvenile justice, ambulatory services and non-profit sectors.
Almenta has a passion for interior design, and enjoys refurbishing items that she finds at consignment and thrift shops. Her motto is, “What’s old to them is new to me!” She also enjoys riding ATV’s, boat riding, listening to music, and dancing.
