ChefAdvantage has grown to become the leader in providing dynamic delivered meal service and onsite dining programs for Atlanta’s premiere childcare centers and K-12 independent schools. Our recipe for success begins with the belief that great food and service starts with great people.
ChefAdvantage is composed of caring chefs, cooks, drivers, and servers who believe in supporting the well-being of children through the gift of preparing delicious and nutritious food. Becoming a member of our work family begins with full background checks, the ability to work in our drug-free and smoke-free environment, and the desire to do whatever it takes to “get it right”. Our staff members receive continuous training in order to maintain our standards of service. The entire staff is Serv-Safe certified, ensuring that they have knowledge of the best practices for safe food handling. We hope you will agree that our people are some of the finest you will meet.
Before starting his position at ChefAdvantage in 2013, Gordon spent over 20 years in senior management positions in the hospitality and healthcare fields throughout the US. As a result of these experiences, he devised a business plan for ChefAdvantage that provided exceptional customer service for our clients and a high-quality product for our kids that will start them on their way to a happy and healthy life!
These values provide the foundation for growth, so Gordon has expanded ChefAdvantage from a local school lunch provider to a multi-state food service management company. ChefAdvantage now serves childcare centers, schools, and after-school meal programs throughout the Greater Atlanta Metropolitan area and independent schools throughout the Southeast.
In his free time, Gordon enjoys spending time with his family and a challenging game of tennis.
