ChefAdvantage is composed of caring chefs, cooks, drivers, and servers who believe in supporting the well-being of children through the gift of preparing delicious and nutritious food.
Becoming a member of our work family begins with full background checks, the ability to work in our drug-free and smoke free environment, and the desire to do whatever it takes to “get it right”. Our staff members receive continuous training in order to maintain our standards of service. Managers and food preparers are Serv-Safe certified, ensuring that they have knowledge of the best practices for safe food handling.

Founder and CEO - Randy Harris is a chef with twenty plus years experience in fine dining, volume foodservice, and consulting. Randy is a 1983 graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, America's foremost school for the culinary arts. Randy's affiliations include The National Restaurant Association, The International Special Events Society, National Association of College and University Food Service, The International Caterer's Association, The National Association of Catering Executives, and the Society for Foodservice Management. Randy serves on the Board of Directors at John C. Campbell Folk School, where he also teaches culinary classes.
